Data protection
Spanish Data Protection Act 15/1999: Doseguer informs you that the personal data you have voluntarily provided is accurate and will be included in the Web Contact Form file. Its purpose is to manage the services or products we provide to you or that you request from us through the website. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any organisation, public or private, other than where this is required by legal obligation or in order to provide the services contracted.
Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection before the File Controller at our address: Polígono Industrial Valle del Almanzora, unit 48, 04610 Cuevas del Almanzora (Almería), Spain / E-mail: doseguer@doseguer.com
To this end, Doseguer undertakes not to send commercial communications without identifying them as such, in accordance with Spanish Act 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. Information sent to the user of Doseguer’s website shall not be considered a commercial communication provided that its purpose is to maintain the existing contractual relationship between the customer and Doseguer, or to carry out information, training and other tasks inherent to the service contracted by the customer.
Doseguer hereby undertakes not to engage in misleading advertising. Accordingly, formal or numerical errors that may be found throughout the content of the different sections of Doseguer’s website, arising from incomplete or defective maintenance and/or updating of the information contained in those sections, shall not be considered misleading advertising. Doseguer undertakes to correct any such errors as soon as it becomes aware of them.
About the sections below. The text above is the one this website has been publishing since 2020. The sections that follow set out, with the level of detail required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, how the data collected by the three forms on this site is processed: the contact form, the job application form and the whistleblowing channel.

What data we process and what for
This website does not build profiles and makes no automated decisions. We only process the data you provide by completing one of these three forms:
- Contact form (
/en/contact/): name, company, email address, telephone number, service of interest, origin and destination of the shipment, and the message you write. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a service proposal. - Job application form (
/en/work-with-us/): name, telephone number, email address, position applied for, experience, licences and permits, the message you write and the CV you attach. The purpose is to assess your application and contact you if your profile is a good fit. - Whistleblowing channel (
/en/whistleblowing-channel/): the data you choose to provide about yourself and about the facts reported, including any documentation you attach. You may use the channel anonymously: the fields that identify you are optional. The purpose is to receive, record and handle the report.
Legal basis
- Contact: your consent when submitting the form and, where the enquiry is aimed at contracting a service, the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Job applications: your consent and the taking of steps prior to a possible employment relationship (art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Whistleblowing channel: compliance with a legal obligation and the public interest recognised by Spanish Act 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and combating corruption (art. 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(e) GDPR).
You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn.
Retention period
The forms on this website do not write your data to any database: they generate an email addressed to the company’s mailboxes. Your data is kept in those mailboxes for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose that prompted the message and, thereafter, for the limitation periods of any applicable legal obligations.
- Job applications: we keep your CV for two years from the date you send it, so that it can be considered in future selection processes — which is the period you consent to when submitting it. Once that period has elapsed we erase it. You may request its erasure earlier at any time.
- Whistleblowing channel: reports are retained in accordance with Spanish Act 2/2023, only for as long as necessary to decide whether to act on them and, in any event, with erasure of the data three months after receipt, unless the purpose of retention is to evidence the operation of the system.
Recipients of the data
We do not disclose your data to third parties other than where required by law. The following providers are involved, acting as processors on our behalf and under a data processing agreement:
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), the email delivery provider through which the messages generated by the forms are sent.
- Google (Google Ireland Limited), provider of the measurement and advertising tools — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads — described in the Cookie Policy. They only come into play if you consent to the corresponding cookies; if you reject them, they process no data that could identify you. Their use may involve international transfers to the United States, covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- The hosting provider for this website, which processes the technical connection data described in the Cookie Policy.
Security and anti-abuse measures
To prevent automated use of the forms we temporarily record the IP address from which they are submitted and limit the number of submissions per hour. That record is temporary, is held in the server’s memory and is neither linked to your request nor stored alongside it.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as withdraw any consent given, by writing to doseguer@doseguer.com or to the postal address given above.
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
