This is a dated document. These certificates were issued in September 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, and are published here as a record of what was done at the time. The document itself makes its validity conditional on the company keeping its agreement with the external prevention service in force and up to date with payment, so it should not be read as an accreditation that is current today. As part of the management of their Occupational Health and Safety, both companies added the Integral PRL COVID 19 Pack from Grupo Preving to their External Prevention Service agreement, which made available the following technical prevention duties and tasks — workplace safety, industrial hygiene, applied ergonomics and psychosociology:
- Drafting of the occupational risk prevention contingency plan.
- Review and updating of the Prevention Plan.
- Review and updating of the Risk Assessment, preventive activity planning and control measures.
- Review and updating of emergency measures.
- Coordination of business activities (CAE).
- Occupational risk prevention information.
- Occupational risk prevention training.
- Follow-up visit on the preventive activity plan.
- Teleworking self-assessment.
- Signage.
- Legal advice.
