The set point does not move at the border

A European haul multiplies the hours on the road, the waiting at docks and the handling steps. At Doseguer we move frozen goods across Europe holding the cold chain at −18 ºC / −20 ºC, with calibrated cooling units, continuous temperature logging and proactive alerts for any deviation.

We handle exports and imports within the European Union, with regular departures, defined cut-offs and delivery to logistics platforms, factories, retail and the HORECA channel. Set points below −20 ºC are assessed on request.

How your frozen cargo can travel

The mode is chosen by volume and criticality, not by company size:

Full load (FTL) Dedicated

A whole truck for stable flows, large volumes or highly critical shipments.

Consolidated frozen Groupage

Part loads grouped by set point and destination, to optimise cost on smaller volumes.

Multi-pickup and multi-drop Several stops

Collections and deliveries chained along the same route, unloaded in window sequence.

Multi-temperature Dual temp

Combining −18 ºC with a positive range in the same vehicle, where the route allows.

Cross-docking and relabelling Cold kept

Handling at the dock with the product always inside its set range.

Urgent and critical Priority

Direct transit, dock priority and alerts at the critical milestones of the route.

Corridors and indicative transit times

We run Spain ↔ France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Belgium and the Netherlands, among other destinations. As a rough guide: France and Portugal, 24–48 h; Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, 48–72 h. Transit times depend on route and season, and are confirmed when the shipment is planned.

The usual sectors on these corridors are the meat and fish industry, ice cream and desserts, ready meals and frozen bakery, and ingredients and semi-processed goods for industry.

How we look after cargo on a long haul

Pre-cooling and unit verification before loading
Fast loading and safe stowage to minimise thermal exchange
Route and temperature tracking with configured alarms
Numbered seals and door-opening control
Temperature reading at destination and dock control
Delivery report with evidence, on request

Documentation and compliance

01
Regulations in force

Compliance with the health and cold chain transport regulations applicable to the route.

02

Cleaning and disinfection plans for the bodies and periodic calibration of the cooling units.

04
CMR and pallets

Other cold transport options

If the shipment stays within Spain, the option you need is national frozen transport. If the product travels in positive temperature, international chilled transport.

Frequently asked questions

What temperatures do you guarantee?

We normally work at −18 ºC / −20 ºC. If you need a different set point, we will review it and confirm feasibility before booking.

Can I send loose pallets on international routes?

Yes. We offer consolidated frozen loads as well as full loads, and we will propose the best cost-service option for your volume.

How is temperature controlled during the journey?

With an onboard probe and telemetry, alarms configured by threshold, and temperature reports generated on request.

What transit times do you work to?

As a guide, between 24 and 72 hours on the main European Union corridors, depending on route and season.

Do you deliver within a time slot or by appointment?

Yes. We coordinate slots, platform appointments and access restrictions with the destination before departure.
