Goods at −18 ºC, with no surprises

At Doseguer we move frozen goods in validated refrigerated vehicles with continuous temperature control. We know your product is your most valuable asset: that is why we design stable routes, tight schedules and protocols that keep door openings to a minimum from loading through to delivery.

The usual set points are −18 ºC, −20 ºC and −22 ºC, with deep freezing down to −25 ºC where the operation calls for it. The set point is validated before loading and logged throughout the journey.

Which frozen products we move

We work with food manufacturers, wholesalers and distribution platforms, on full and consolidated loads:

Meat and fish Deep frozen

Meat and seafood products, shellfish and semi-processed goods for industry.

Ice cream and desserts −20 ºC

Particularly sensitive to fluctuation, so the set point is tighter.

Frozen vegetables Season

Fruit and vegetable products processed and deep frozen at origin.

Ready meals and bakery Prepared foods

Ready meals, doughs and frozen bakery to platforms and the HORECA channel.

Retail and HORECA Replenishment

Scheduled replenishment to retail platforms, stores and the hospitality channel.

Raw materials Industry

Ingredients and semi-processed goods that must stay frozen along the whole chain.

Full load or consolidated load

Full load (FTL) for dedicated or high-volume shipments, with direct transit and agreed time slots. Consolidated frozen load (LTL) for pallet freight or part loads: we group compatible frozen goods by set point and destination, and secure unloading priority.

In both modes we coordinate scheduled deliveries with logistics platforms and key accounts, to reduce waiting and unload in the cold.

How we guarantee the cold chain

Data loggers with downloadable records in every vehicle
Position and temperature monitoring with deviation alerts
Pre-cooling of the unit and set point verification before loading
Sealing, with door-opening control
Staff trained in cold handling and stowage
Documentary traceability: CMR, delivery notes and temperature certificate

How the goods should reach the loading bay

01
Product already frozen

At the required set point before loading: the unit holds temperature, it does not bring it down.

02
Cold-suitable packaging

Moisture-resistant boxes and stable wrapping or crating that will survive the trip.

03
Euro pallet

Standard pallets and heights that comply with what the destination accepts.

04
Clear labelling

Batch, destination and temperature visible, to avoid mistakes at the dock.

Frozen transport, national and international

Domestically we run regular mainland routes, and serve the Balearic Islands subject to conditions. Internationally, weekly departures to Germany, the Netherlands and Italy, along with other European corridors. If your product travels between 0 ºC and +8 ºC, the option you need is chilled transport.

Frequently asked questions

What temperature range do you work to for frozen goods?

Mainly −18 ºC or below: −20 ºC, −22 ºC and down to −25 ºC depending on product and route. The set point is validated before loading and logged throughout the journey.

Do you ship frozen parcels?

We do not handle parcels. The service is built around pallet freight and full loads, which is what allows us to guarantee thermal integrity and route efficiency.

Do you offer consolidated frozen loads?

Yes. We group compatible frozen pallets by temperature and destination to optimise cost without compromising the set point.

Can chilled and frozen goods share the same truck?

Depending on route and availability we can look at a dual-temperature unit with a movable bulkhead. If the combination cannot keep both loads safe, we propose two separate shipments.

How is the price of frozen transport calculated?

It depends on origin and destination, volume, weight and pallet count, time window, urgency and season. Ask us for a quote and we will give you the best option between full and consolidated load.

Do you deliver to platforms with strict requirements?

Yes. We attend platforms and centres by appointment, with seals and temperature certificates, complying with their safety and hygiene protocols.
